HEALTH HUSTLERS — TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Health Hustlers. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Health Hustlers website, private online community, events, memberships, sponsorships, and related services.

By accessing our website, submitting an application, purchasing a membership or sponsorship, joining the private community, or otherwise participating in Health Hustlers, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Health Hustlers

Health Hustlers is a professional networking and community platform designed to connect health, wellness, fitness, and related professionals and businesses.

Health Hustlers may provide members with access to:

A private online professional community
Networking and referral opportunities
In-person and online events
Member-only discounts and benefits
Educational or community content
Business and professional connections
Sponsor promotions and offers

Health Hustlers does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional services through the community itself.

2. Membership Is Application-Based

Membership in Health Hustlers is not automatic.

Prospective members may be required to submit an application providing information about themselves, their profession, business, services, interests, and proposed member benefit.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Health Hustlers reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its discretion in order to maintain the quality, professionalism, and intended purpose of the community.

Applicants may also be asked to provide additional information before approval.

3. Membership Fees

Standard Health Hustlers membership is currently offered at:

$15 per month, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis using the payment method provided during checkout.

Pricing may change in the future. Existing members will be given reasonable notice of material pricing changes before those changes apply to future billing periods.

Promotional, founding-member, complimentary, discounted, or other special membership arrangements may have different pricing or terms.

4. Sponsorships

Approved businesses may participate as Health Hustlers Sponsors.

Current sponsorship options may include:

$1,000 per month
or
$10,000 per year

unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Sponsor benefits may include, depending on the sponsorship arrangement:

Recognition on the Health Hustlers website
Visibility within the private community
Event recognition or signage
Inclusion in certain emails, event pages, or promotional materials
Access to the private community
Opportunities to connect with Health Hustlers members

Specific sponsorship benefits may be modified, substituted, or updated as the community develops, provided that Health Hustlers will make reasonable efforts to provide substantially similar value.

Sponsorship does not guarantee leads, customers, sales, referrals, revenue, impressions, or other specific business results.

5. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Paid memberships and sponsorships automatically renew at the applicable monthly or annual billing interval unless canceled.

You may cancel future renewal through the available account or billing settings or by contacting Health Hustlers.

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for charges already processed.

Access may continue through the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

6. Refunds

Except where required by law or specifically agreed to in writing, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

Health Hustlers may provide refunds or credits at its discretion in individual circumstances.

Event tickets, sponsorships, promotional memberships, or special programs may be subject to additional refund or cancellation terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

7. Member Discounts and Benefits

Health Hustlers members may voluntarily offer exclusive discounts, pricing, perks, or other benefits to other members.

Each participating business is responsible for accurately describing and honoring the offer published through Health Hustlers.

Member businesses should disclose material restrictions, exclusions, expiration dates, redemption instructions, and eligibility requirements.

Health Hustlers encourages offers that provide greater value than promotions normally available to the general public and that can be used on an ongoing basis when reasonably possible.

Health Hustlers does not independently provide, fund, reimburse, or guarantee member discounts.

Offers may be changed or discontinued by participating businesses. Health Hustlers may request that a member modify or replace an offer that no longer provides meaningful member value.

8. Transactions Between Members

Any transaction, treatment, purchase, service, referral, contract, or professional relationship between members is solely between the parties involved.

Health Hustlers is not a party to those transactions.

Members are responsible for independently evaluating the qualifications, licensing, products, services, reputation, pricing, insurance coverage, and suitability of other members or businesses.

Membership in Health Hustlers should not be interpreted as a medical endorsement, professional certification, licensing verification, guarantee of quality, or guarantee of results.

9. Professional and Medical Disclaimer

Health Hustlers includes professionals working in health, wellness, fitness, and related industries.

Information shared through Health Hustlers is intended primarily for networking, education, community discussion, and general informational purposes.

Nothing on the Health Hustlers website, inside the community, at events, or through member-generated content should automatically be treated as personalized medical advice or a substitute for care from an appropriately licensed professional.

Individual practitioners remain solely responsible for their own professional advice, treatment, services, licensing, representations, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

10. Community Conduct

Members are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment.

Members agree not to:

Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse other members
Spam the community
Engage in excessive or misleading self-promotion
Repeatedly solicit members in an unwanted manner
Make knowingly false or misleading claims
Misrepresent credentials, qualifications, pricing, or services
Use the community primarily to scrape contact information
Share confidential information without authorization
Engage in illegal activity
Interfere with the operation of the community
Violate another person's intellectual property or privacy rights

Health Hustlers may establish additional Community Guidelines from time to time.

11. Removal or Suspension

Health Hustlers reserves the right to warn, restrict, suspend, or remove a member when reasonably necessary to protect the community.

Reasons may include:

Violations of these Terms
Violations of Community Guidelines
Fraudulent or misleading conduct
Failure to honor advertised member benefits
Harassment
Excessive solicitation or spam
Conduct that materially harms the community
Nonpayment
Activity that creates legal, safety, or reputational concerns

Removal from the community does not necessarily entitle the member to a refund.

12. Member Profiles and Content

Members may submit information including:

Names
Business information
Photos
Logos
Professional biographies
Social media links
Member offers
Posts
Comments
Videos
Educational materials
Event information

You retain ownership of content you create.

By submitting content to Health Hustlers, you grant Health Hustlers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the community.

For example, we may display your business name, professional biography, logo, headshot, or member offer within the community or on Health Hustlers promotional materials.

You represent that you have the right to provide the content you submit.

13. Health Hustlers Intellectual Property

The Health Hustlers name, branding, logos, website content, community materials, event materials, graphics, videos, and original content are owned by Health Hustlers or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, impersonate, or commercially use Health Hustlers branding or proprietary content without permission.

14. Events

Participation in Health Hustlers events is voluntary.

Attendees are responsible for their own conduct and safety.

Event dates, locations, speakers, schedules, and programming may change.

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a membership does not necessarily guarantee admission to every event or guarantee that all future events will be free.

15. Third-Party Platforms

Health Hustlers may rely on third-party platforms including services such as Circle and Stripe.

Use of those platforms may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Health Hustlers is not responsible for interruptions, outages, security incidents, policy changes, or functionality controlled by third-party providers.

16. Communications

By submitting an application, becoming a member or sponsor, registering for an event, or otherwise providing contact information, you agree that Health Hustlers may send communications reasonably related to:

Your application
Membership
Billing
Events
Community updates
Member benefits
Administrative notices
Sponsorships
Other Health Hustlers programs

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe option provided in those communications.

Certain transactional or administrative communications may still be necessary while you maintain an active account.

17. Availability of the Community

Health Hustlers may add, modify, remove, reorganize, or discontinue community features, spaces, benefits, events, or services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website or community.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

Health Hustlers is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee:

Specific business results
Referrals
Revenue
Customers
Professional relationships
Event attendance
Member participation
Accuracy of information provided by other members
Quality of services provided by members or sponsors

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Health Hustlers and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the community.

Health Hustlers is not responsible for injuries, losses, disputes, professional services, products, treatments, transactions, or business relationships arising between members, sponsors, event attendees, or third parties.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.

20. Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your own unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or products or services you personally provide through connections made within the Health Hustlers community.

21. Changes to These Terms

Health Hustlers may update these Terms as the community evolves.

The updated version will include a revised effective date.

Material changes may also be communicated to active members when appropriate.

Continued use of Health Hustlers after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding relating to these Terms will be handled in an appropriate court located in Travis County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
